Sheer Shadings are the innovative fusion of light-filtering fabric with the functionality of blinds, resulting in one of the most elegant lighting effects in the window coverings industry. Sheer Shadings are constructed of horizontal fabric vanes suspended between two vertical layers of soft, knitted fabric sheers which adjust to open and close the horizontal vanes. No other window covering matches the range of light presented by Sheer Shadings. Blinds by Vertican offers Vienna Window Shades in the 2" & 3" vane sizes as will as the Sheer Elements offered in the 2 ½" vane size. We offer both manual continuous corded clutch systems as well as motorization.
Blinds by Vertican guarantees that the mechanical moving parts shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original residential purchaser owns the product. Knitted fabric may experience minor weave variations due to heat, humidity, and other room conditions. These variations can result in light bowing, puckering, and dimpling of the fabric. This is considered normal and does not constitute a failure in either workmanship or materials. The possible variations are minor and have been shown through case study, not to detract from the beauty of the product. Fabric is guaranteed for 5 years. Warranty is void if manufacturer’s specs are exceeded.(eg: over-sized.)
– This warranty will not apply to any Blinds by Vertican product or parts thereof, due to abuse, neglect, improper use, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, cleaning, colour fading due to sunlight, or effects due to exposure to salt air.
– This warranty does not cover claims for incidental, or consequential damages.
– Warranty does not cover removal, installation, or any transportation costs.
– All cords will eventually wear out. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by this warranty.
– All materials will gradually lose colour intensity after long exposure to the sun.
– Slight variations in grain, texture, and colour are considered normal.
– Colours may vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match previous purchases.
– The obligations of Blinds by by Vertican are limited to the repair or replacement of parts or product found to be defective.
– To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must return the shade(s) to the factory through an authorized BBV dealer and provide the original work order or invoice number.
